How do I post an ad?

To post an ad you need to sign up. After signing up proceed to Login, then to Sell/Post Ad. Fill up the form and click post ad, your ad will appear in the posted category within 24hrs. If you are having problems in posting please contact support

How do I register or sign up?

To register an account you just need to fill up the details here Sign up please refer to our privacy policy for more details on the information we collect. Once you have signed up, please go to your email you'll find an activation link.
Follow the link to activate your account and a login page will popup.

Please note if you do not follow the link you account will not be activated

The password you enter is only known by you. All passwords entered on our site are encrypted.
We strongly advise that you enter a strong password with numbers, characters and letters both small and caps

What if I forgot my password?

If you believe that you forgot your password please click here and will take you straight to the recovery page.

However if it's a login email that you forgot, We will require document verification inorder to protect your credentials and user theft. This process will take upto 48hrs

Do I pay to have an account?

Soarise is a free platform where anyone can post, sell, buy or interact with sellers for free. If you would like to have an account please head to Sign up.

How to purchase on Shopping Platform

To purchase products on our shopping platform, you need to be a logged in user. Please refer to Sign up if you don't have an account yet.
After a successful login you'll be redirected to a welcome page, from here you can now browse products and add them to your cart. On the cart icon there is an option to edit your products by going to cart or you may proceed straight to checkout.

Is my payment Safe?

We know how important payment security is to you, and to keep your account secure we do not store any credit card details. Soarise will never ask you for any card details either by phone or email
All our payments are safe and secure, they are processed by verified 3rd party payment system using 3D Secure which provides extra authentication. This is a security feature for all payments in South Africa.
