i. Shopping Purchases
Soarise shall be liable for all purchase made through our shopping platform.. All purchases have a delivery timeline of 7-14 working days accross South Africa.
All purchases are subject to a shipping fee available at checkout depending of the area
a. Refunds and Returns- You are only deemed eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. If the mentioned period have passed since your purchase, no cash refunds shall be offered. To be eligible for a full refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be its original packaging. You are also required to provide us with proof of purchase in the following order
1. Payment receipt
2. Email with order number/ as a screenshot
We keep all purchasing information as such, if you wish to return your product for a different item, Soarise will not be deemed liable for any shipping costs
Returns are done soley at the customer's expense (if it was their mistake in purchasing). We strongly advise to tripple check your items before placing order, important information such as sizes, colour
However, in the event that Soarise sent the wrong item, Soarise shall be responsible for all shipping costs.
All returns must be in their original condition, unused!!
Returns may take upto 30 working Days depending on the type of an order
ii. Market Place Purchases
Soarise does not take responsibility for all products purchased on its market place. Ensure safety precautions when making a deal on our Market place. It is advisable not to pay before seeing the product
Soarise marketplace is a platform to connect buyers with sellers, employees and employers and vice-versa, therefore we shall not be held accountable for any loss of property, item or product that you (our client) may be selling on our platform.
Soarise does not process or receive any money from buyers, neither does it store any products.
Transactions are only made between buyer and seller, employees and employers
WE STRICTLY ADVISE THAT YOU EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN SELLING YOUR PRODUCTS!!
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring please see our advertising policy

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, photos, or other material ("Content").
Therefore we are not responsible for the information published on our site without your consent
The use or offensive language on all our platforms is strictly prohibited, those found responsible are subject to IP-blocking and deletion from our databases
The use of nude photos is strictly prohibited. Our platform does not allow posting of nude pictures whether they are for your own marketing purposes, those found practicing such shall have their account blocked.
